Would you like to sponsor a stall at the Summer Fete?

Dear Sponsor,

Thank you for considering to sponsor a stall at the William Ransom Summer Fete on Saturday the 6th June from 11am – 4pm. We’re asking for a £25 donation, and in return we will provide the following:

1. A laminated sign with your company’s name/logo/contact details which will be in a prominent place on the stall.

2. Attached to the sign will be a picture of a Star Wars character, which will make up part of our Star Wars themed treasure hunt. The treasure hunt will be available to everyone on admission to the fete and we hope that this will mean people will take note of the people who are sponsoring each stall.

3. Your name will be mentioned in the programme, which will be handed out to everyone on admission to the fete.

Please let us know what details you would like to have printed on your sign and we will do our best to accommodate you.
