William Ransom ‘Go Orange’ for Muscular Dystrophy.

We have been looking at different ways to support people less fortunate than themselves. The school council were approached to look into the  Muscular Dystrophy UK charity and they all felt this was a worthy charity to support.

The School Council took an assembly for the whole school to explain all about musicular dystrophy and how it affects people. Then on Friday 1st February William Ransom had a ‘Go Orange’ Day to show their support for Muscular Dystrophy UK and to raise money to fund research.

On Monday 4th March Louise Moffat from Muscular Dystrophy Uk came to William Ransom to be presented with a cheque for £345.24 from monies raised on the ‘Go Orange’ Day.

Louise said she was delighted to be able to come and say thank you in person.
