Yesterday 18 children participated in the Hertfordshire Schools Gala at the Royal Albert Hall. We had an amazing day and the show was a brilliant success.
The children have been working hard to learn their words as they were not allowed them on the day.
We left school at 2pm and upon arriving had a rehearsal to sing alongside the other Primary and Secondary schools for the first time. After a short break, we were back inside the hall to perform in front of a great crowd.
We enjoyed the solo and group performances, as well as dance performances from children at the Priory school.
It was a long and tiring day, but the children had a great time and were a credit to the school. What an opportunity, to say that they have performed on stage at the Royal Albert Hall!!
