On the 25th February 2015, the quiz club team (consisting of Ella C, Srihan, Ella S and Wathaq) went to Whitehill School to participate in a general knowledge quiz. It was hosted by Simon Blair who does Child Genius.
It was a very close match; one time it came down to five points! After the first round, our team were winning by 30 points. But in a nail-biting second round the team were thwarted by Whitehill Team 2. We came second by 10 points!
But we still have a chance since there is a wild card and if we got enough points we could still go through to the semi- finals. Even more exciting, the final is being held in a very special place…
