The William Ransom netball team had a great day of netball in the sun, as they played in the Herts School Games at Wodson Park in Ware.
The twelve teams were divided into two groups with the top four teams overall set to play in the semi-finals and then the top two in the final.
The standard of netball was very high with most teams fielding two or three boys. The William Ransom all girls team played five games in their group. They won two, beating Dacorum 2-1 and Birchwood 4-3. They drew 4-4 to Harpenden and lost to north east Herts 1-3 and to Hertford and Ware.
Well done girls you played some great netball and it was really enjoyable watching you on such a lovely day. The girls involved were Halcyon, Tia, Ella, Reeya, Georgia, Ilyssa and Maiya.
