Thank you to everyone who brought produce in for our Harvest Festival this year. We had a wonderful array of fruit and vegetables.
Andrew Henton Pusey from Walsworth Baptist Church lead our service and together with a group of children across the school, made a giant pizza (cardboard!).
He then divided up between four Year 5 children, but it wasn’t a very fair division. He explained that this is how the food produced across the world is divided up, so whilst we are thankful for what we have we must also remember there are people not so fortunate as us.
We made up 39 hampers to raffle off and I am delighted to say we raised £233 to send to Hitchin Partnership Hardship fund.
