The children made personal flags to represent themselves and their interests. They drew a variety of pictures on sugar paper and coloured them in with felt tip pens. They then stapled the sugar paper to art straws to create a flag. The children thought carefully about what best represents them. Can you spot a cupcake, a dog, a rainbow, headphones, One Direction and ice cream cones on the flags?
