We have decided to break with tradition this year and where we have usually held a Beetle Drive we will be running A Family Bingo Night! It will be held on Friday 16th January 2015 from 6.30 – 8.00pm.
This will be run along the lines of a normal bingo night and prizes will be awarded for different milestones along the way i.e. 4 corners or a line.
Guidelines for playing will be given on the night along with your bingo cards. These will entitle you to 6 games but further cards can be purchased at £1.00 per 6 games. You will be seated in tables of 8 and we believe the evening will work much better if there is a mixture of adults and children on each table. Extended family members are welcome. It is very important that we have an accurate figure of the number attending because the tables have to be set up in advance.
We have a maximum seating capacity of 150, so early booking is advisable.
Admission will be £2.00 for adults and £1.00 per child. I regret that no unaccompanied children will be allowed. Refreshments will be available during a short interval and we will endeavour to finish at approximately 8.00pm.

There will be no tickets issued before the event but your bingo cards for the first 6 games will be given to you as you arrive. If time allows extra bingo cards will be on sale after the first 6 games at a cost of £1.00 for a further 6 games.
