Some members of this year’s photography club have spent the day photographing the events at our annual Sports Day.
Since Easter, they have been looking at different techniques with their cameras each week, and so Sports Day was a chance to put that into practise. In the morning they took shots of KS1 and they continued to take images of their peers in to the afternoon during KS2 races.
They had to think about shutter speed carefully to make sure they captured the action without any blurs, but also had to think about the composition of the photograph. I think you’ll agree that they caught some great sporting moments on camera and managed to turn them into a work of art.
