The A-team and the B-team both won their matches played over four quarters at Offley tonight.
An early departure from school prevented us from getting caught in any trafffic and thanks to the kind parents who transported, we arrived just as Offley finished school.
The games were played in four alternating quarters starting with the A-team. This gave each team plenty of time to rotate positions without a major panic. The girls are getting more aware of where they should be on court and what they should be doing. There were some lovely sequences of movement from both teams as the ball was passed down the court often finished by a goal being scored.
The A-teams scores for each quarter were 4-0, 2-0, 1-0 and 4-0, a win of 11-0.
The B-team scores for each quarter were 1-0, 3-1, 0-0 and 2-0 a win of 6-1.
The Mary Exton game is cancelled next week as their teacher is on a course. The last game of this half term will be away at Highover on December 3rd, weather and light permitting.
